We want every puppy to travel safely and arrive settled and healthy. This policy explains how delivery works.

Delivery Methods

Puppies may be available for local pickup, ground transportation, or accompanied flight delivery with a professional pet courier, depending on your location and the puppy’s age. Available options will be confirmed with you directly before your puppy travels.

Minimum Age for Travel

Puppies must meet the minimum age required by federal and state law before they can travel, typically no earlier than 8 weeks old. We will not ship or release a puppy earlier than this regardless of payment status.

Health Documentation

Before travel, each puppy receives a veterinary health check and, where required, a USDA-issued or state-required health certificate valid for the method and destination of travel. Copies are provided to you at the time of pickup or delivery.

Costs and Scheduling

Shipping and transport costs are separate from the puppy’s purchase price and will be quoted to you before you confirm delivery. Delivery dates may shift due to weather, travel restrictions, or the puppy’s health and readiness, we will keep you informed of any changes as soon as we’re aware of them.

Receiving Your Puppy

Someone must be available to receive the puppy at the agreed pickup point or delivery address. If delivery is missed or refused without prior notice, additional costs to reschedule or board the puppy may apply.

Our Responsibility During Transit

We take reasonable care in selecting transport methods and providers to keep your puppy safe and comfortable. Once a puppy is handed to a licensed third-party transporter, that transporter’s own terms and liability apply during transit; we will always choose reputable, experienced pet transport providers.
