These terms govern your use of minidachsundpuppies.com and any puppy reservation or purchase made through this site. By placing a deposit or completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

Reservation Deposits

A $500 deposit reserves a specific puppy and removes them from being sold to another buyer. The deposit is applied toward the puppy’s total purchase price. Deposits are non-refundable once paid, except in cases where we are unable to fulfill the reservation, for example if the puppy becomes unavailable due to health reasons, in which case the deposit will be refunded in full or transferred to another available puppy at your choice.

Final Payment and Pickup

The remaining balance is due in full before the puppy is released for pickup or delivery. We will confirm the exact amount and accepted payment methods with you once your deposit is received.

Health Guarantee

Each puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian before leaving our care and is believed to be healthy at the time of sale. We recommend you have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choosing within 72 hours of taking possession. If a licensed veterinarian identifies a pre-existing health condition within that window, contact us within that same 72-hour period so we can discuss next steps, which may include reimbursement of reasonable veterinary costs, a replacement puppy, or another resolution agreed between both parties.

This guarantee does not cover injury, illness, or parasites resulting from care after the puppy leaves our home, and does not extend to genetic conditions that could not reasonably have been detected at the time of sale unless otherwise stated in writing.

Registration and Records

Applicable registration paperwork, vaccination records, and deworming history will be provided at the time of pickup or delivery.

No Returns Beyond the Health Guarantee Window

Because each puppy is a living animal, sales are final outside of the health guarantee described above. We’re always willing to talk through concerns directly, our goal is a good outcome for you and the puppy.

Website Use

By using this site, you agree not to misuse it, attempt unauthorized access to its systems, or use content from this site (including photos and puppy descriptions) without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a puppy sale is limited to the amount paid for that puppy. We are not responsible for indirect or incidental costs arising from ownership.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which our business operates.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site or a new purchase after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
